What makes these lobster claws so easy to eat?
Getting meat out of lobster claws can be difficult, messy and downright painful. That’s why we’ve taken a simple step to help make lobster easier to eat: We score our lobster claws so you can simply snap open the shell and pull out the meat. They’re precooked, so you can eat them hot or cold, or use them in your favorite lobster recipe.
