Party Nachos on the Grill

Nothing hits the spot better on a summer night than a cold beer and some sizzling nachos!

Grilled nachos are a wonderful, easy meal for a large group – plus, there’s no hot oven and no mess to clean up.

Here are the basics you need to get started:

Start by heating your gas or charcoal grill to 300 F. Next, spray a large disposable foil baking pan with nonstick spray, or just create a tray out of regular foil. Layer chips, beans, chopped onion and shredded cheese, then grill for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted. Watch carefully so your chips and cheese don’t burn!

Once the cheese is melted, take the pan off the grill and top your nachos with your favorite toppings. Here are some suggestions:

  • Cotija cheese
  • Cilantro
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Shredded lettuce

Enjoy!
