ONE-PAN MEAL: BAKED CAPRESE CHICKEN

This delicious chicken dinner features all the fresh flavors of a caprese salad!


Start by heating your oven to 375 F. Place boneless skinless chicken breasts into a greased baking dish. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with Lunds & Byerlys Italian Seasoning and season with salt and pepper. Top with tomato slices and fresh mozzarella slices. Bake for 25 minutes, then broil for an additional 2 minutes. Top with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
