One-Pan Salmon and Green Beans
Add this easy one-dish recipe to your dinner rotation for a quick weeknight meal that’s full of flavor and healthy Omega-3 fatty acids.
Here’s what you need:
- 12 ounces green beans
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- Lunds & Byerlys Gone Fishin’ Seasoning, located in the spice aisle
Start by heating your oven to 400 F. Add the green beans to a baking pan or dish and drizzle with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss to coat. Add the salmon to the pan, skin-side down, and arrange the beans around it. Brush with olive oil and generously sprinkle with our Gone Fishin’ Seasoning – a salt-free mix of citrus, herbs and spices. Bake uncovered for 12-15 minutes and serve.
